Where is Port Douglas?
Port Douglas is a little piece of paradise just a short trip (40km) north of Cairns. It is located at one of the best beaches known as Four Mile Beach, and its soft white sand and mesmerizing blue waters are a huge attraction. Although it can be visited on a Day trip from Cairns, Port Douglas is definitely worth spending the night and appreciating the hospitality of this quaint seaside community.
